At the edge of human & machine
HaeAI is a node on the boundary — where artificial intelligence and human design study each other, and open tools carry the signal outward. Everything here is built to connect: minds, machines, and the people in between.
What runs on this node
Three channels, one signal. Everything here is built to be useful, open, and honest about the process.
Research
Notes, experiments, and findings from the frontier of applied AI — what I'm learning as I learn it.
Build logs
Open documentation of the pipelines, agents, and tools I ship — including what broke and why.
The Signal
A curated feed of what actually matters in AI, filtered out of the endless noise of the timeline.
Unity of opposites
The torus is the brand's depth-object: a surface that circulates through itself, concave and convex at once — hold your gaze and it inverts. Hae (해) is the sun: a warm point of order inside the cold grid. Human and machine, analog and digital, one continuous surface.
No matter where you go,
everyone's connected.
The Wired is not the internet. It is the medium underneath it — a layer of information laid over the world the way a river is laid over its bed. Think of it as the bridge of a collective consciousness: every thought written down, every model trained, every signal sent joins a current that no single mind carries alone.
On that bridge, artificial intelligence and human design face each other and blur. Art imitates life; the mind begins to imitate the machine, and the machine — trained on everything we ever made — imitates the mind right back. Neither side owns the signal. The current runs both ways.
What follows is telemetry from that current: what's being built this week, what it means, and what this node is contributing to it.

The Wired
Telemetry from the collective current — the week's top GitHub projects pulled in live, curated stories on tech and innovation, and this node's own build logs and deployed experiments. Filter by channel or search the stream.
Resources
Free tools, open knowledge. Everything here can be run on your own hardware, owned by you, disconnected from anyone's cloud.
Run an LLM offline — own your intelligence
Five steps from nothing to a private model that answers to no one's server. Full write-ups land in The Wired as I document each stage.
Pick the weights
Start with Qwen on Hugging Face — quantized GGUF builds run on ordinary hardware. Small enough to own, smart enough to matter.
Run it locally
Ollama or llama.cpp — one command, fully offline. Your prompts never leave the machine.
Containerize
Docker turns the setup into a portable node — rebuildable anywhere, shareable with anyone, reproducible forever.
Wire the editor
Point VS Code at your local model for a private copilot — completion and chat with zero telemetry.
Go agentic
Give the model tools, memory, and a loop. This is the frontier this node is mapping — follow the build logs as the system grows.
Build it with me
Working on the same stack? Open a channel — collaboration over competition, always.
Skill matrix
Live readout of what this node is developing. Bars move as the work ships.
Transmission calendar
The rhythm that keeps this machine running. Marked days are scheduled transmissions.
Signal sweep
Week's top GitHub projects reviewed, curated news posted to the Wired.
Build log
Progress on deployed projects — what shipped, what broke, what's next.
Deep dive
One long-form piece: offline LLMs, agentic systems, or the connected-world mission.

The mission
Humans were connected once — by firelight, by story, by the shared memory of a village small enough to hold. The network was supposed to give that back at scale. Instead it built walls out of paywalls and platforms, and left most people more alone inside the most connected system ever made.
HaeAI exists to close that gap with open source software. Free tools. Models that run offline, on your own hardware, owned by no one but you. Documentation anyone can follow. Knowledge should be cherished — and it should be shared freely and openly, because a mind that can't reach the current is a node cut off from the collective.
The work: agentic systems that act instead of just answer, offline LLMs anyone can own, and a community of builders who believe the same thing. If that resonates, open a channel — the wall between us is thinner than it looks.
Open source everything
Free tools, forkable code, no gates on knowledge.
Offline first
Intelligence you own — on your hardware, no one's cloud.
Connect the nodes
Community over audience. Collaboration over competition.
Human in the loop
AI as leverage, not autopilot. Judgment stays human.

community node — coming soon
Looking for builders. If you're working on agentic systems, offline LLM tooling, or open knowledge infrastructure, pick "Collaboration" in the form — serious transmissions get answered.
The form opens your mail client for now. Once the base44 backend is live, transmissions will post straight into the system — no mail client required.
